Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan for COVID-19 for PHPA-II
With fast spreading of Coronavirus around the world and declaration of COVID-19 as Pandemic by WHO, this Standard Operating Process (SOP) is prepared to control and prevent spread of Coronavirus to the Project employees and their family members to the extent possible should there be a similar situation striking Bhutan.
The Action Plan is put in place to supplement the National and Wangdue Dzongkhag Incident Management Systems. The SOP shall focus on the Coronavirus prevention through awareness, inspection, surveillance, monitoring and reporting by the identified officers who shall play vital role for the Punatsangchhu-II Hydroelectric Project.
